“I appreciated David's recommendation on which products to use when reroofing. I had researched installing a roof beforehand. I wanted a quality, near worry-free roof. I knew that I wanted architectural shingles and was worried about the liability of turbine vents. David showed his expertise in the shingle and vent recommendations, including the cost and performance tradeoffs, as well as which flashing could remain and what had to be replaced. The matching paint at the end resulted in a good looking new roof. Now when I walk the neighborhood and see other roofs, including newly reroofed ones, I think that they should have have done it the same way that David recommended to me.”
